Welcome
NYU Law Interactive was launched by New York University School
of Law to offer intellectually rigorous and engaging online courses.
These courses were prepared by leading members of the Law School's
faculty to address important legal issues in the areas of Conflicts
of Interest (legal ethics), Qualified Retirement Plans under ERISA
and Bankruptcy Reorganization. Attorneys completing the courses
are eligible for two or three CLE credits (depending on the course)
in jurisdictions (including New York) that allow CLE credits to
be earned online. The courses are not for academic credit.
